Illustration Friday - Horizon

The theme word for Illustration Friday this week is "Horizon" (I don't understand why it is not holiday related).
Since I am out of town, I had to use an old painting, but one of my favorites. It is one of the mountain ranges that surround Tucson, my favorite kind of horizon. I remember doing it fast and loose and sometimes that way just works out perfect.
Happy Illustration Friday and Merry Christmas!

Teri, this is a beautiful painting, too! I especially like how you did the mountain; it looks so very three-dimensional!

i like this theme, as it leads to new year resolutions and what's over the next horizon for each and every one of us.
