Mystery Plant Is Growing

A few weeks ago I painted the small plant we got and mixed up when we planted it. It is either a zuchini or a squash. It is blooming so I think we may soon know which plant is where.

Beautiful colours Teri..let us know what it is...that is, if you don't beforehand get the desie to stuff the flowers with a nice mushroom filling?

Yes you are right - a zucchini is a squash :-) Great sketch, and around here, they pick these big yellow blossoms, dredge in flour/salt/pepper and fry lightly and they are Fabulous!!!

This is great Teri. I just love the leaves. All the varying shades of green.

We have one of these mystery plants emerging from the compost pile. It is developing fruit. Your post reminds me I need to get out and see just what has developed.
