The theme word for Illustration Friday this week is 'drifting' and oh, would I love to be drifting on this ocean off the coast of Maui!
I did this as an ATC just to see if I could paint this small.

I wouldn't mind being drifting around here either. Lovely sketch of your trip and it fits so well with IF.
And you CAN! You can probably paint well on the head of a pin!
You are that good. This scene invites me in....will walk by water today with old friends and DH...in SF...not Hawaii, but beauty in it's own right.

I have been pretty absent on the blogging arena for the last month, due to preparation for an Exhibit.
I will be back though once it's done - I am exhausted getting this much work finished (12) and one of them entails (49 pieces in itself)...

Drifting away...MMMM... I can imagine myself there...with a pina colada in one hand and a paintbrush in the other! LOL:)
