Road Trip Sketch

When I am not driving I like to sketch scenes along the road.
I love painting mountains and there are plenty between here and Phoenix.  Only problem is the road was quite bumpy making my paint hit the wrong areas.
It is only a two hour trip but at least I got my mountains done.

Have a great day.

Your travel sketches are an inspiration to me. I should try this more often. I am in the vehicle a lot going to or from birding areas. I just wish I had mountains to paint instead of corn fields.

I can't believe you paint whilst being passenger on a road trip..that is brilliant - think I would feel giddy!

Fun you can paint while traveling. I get car sick. :( This is great. Glad to know I am not the only one having blogger commenting problems. I hope they fix it soon.

This is a lovely sketch.I'm curious like the others how you can paint whilst in a car, and not get car sick.

I don't know why I don't get car sick but I don't, not even an inkling. Lucky I guess.
