What a shock, for the friend, and the family! But it certainly does make a person think about the way what it's in the public domain could be stolen. It seems that the grocery store was unaware that this was not "free" to be used. It must feel discouraging, Teri, to hear that your work has been stolen for use by someone else without your permission. I hope that you won't stop, thought, I and so many others will really miss the beauty you share, not to mention your wonderful obsevations, and sense of humour. I was enjoying "Silly on Thursdays" so much, and of course there is your "Church Sketches".... Your "Silly" posts made me want to describe silly things too, and I was thinking of doing something in the silly vein on Thursdays, just to join you. :) It is of course understandable how you feel. I wonder if some people just don't have manners, or understand about the purpose of copyright? Hugs, Brenda
