I am finally back working on my lettering.
This type of letter is called a decorated 'Versal'.
Two coats of watercolor are laid down and the decorating is done with white ink.
I had to wait to get to AZ to get some decent white ink.
After I did the letter I decided to dedicate it to my brother Joe so added the 'oe' on the letter to complete the J.
